This Disclaimer governs the use of the ePostalCode platform operated by Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd.

1. No Land Ownership

An ePostalCode is a digital addressing identifier only. Claiming, holding, or transferring an ePostalCode does not constitute, imply, or create any ownership, title, tenancy, easement, or other legal right over land, property, or real estate in India or elsewhere. All land and property rights remain governed exclusively by applicable Indian law.

2. GPS Accuracy

ePostalCodes are generated from GPS coordinates provided by your device at the time of claiming. GPS accuracy is subject to device hardware, atmospheric conditions, and obstructions. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the precision of GPS-derived codes for applications requiring high-precision geolocation (e.g., emergency services dispatch, survey-grade mapping). Users assume all risks associated with reliance on GPS accuracy.

3. Restricted Areas

We maintain a database of restricted zones (military, government, heritage, airport, and protected areas) sourced from publicly available data. This database may not be exhaustive or current. The absence of a restriction flag does not imply government permission or legal clearance for any activity at that location. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and government orders.

4. Regulatory Compliance

The ePostalCode system is a private addressing service. It does not replace, supersede, or officially substitute for the India Post PIN Code system or any government-assigned address. For official government correspondence, legal notices, and regulatory filings, use your government-issued address and PIN code. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd makes no representation that ePostalCode has been approved or endorsed by any government body including India Post, Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, or any other authority.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates third-party services including mapping (OpenStreetMap), reverse geocoding (Nominatim), Google OAuth (Google LLC), and email delivery. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

6. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. We shall not be liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Real Estate Zone Disclaimer

Real Estate Zones created by users on the platform are user-defined polygon regions for addressing purposes only. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd does not verify the legal ownership or land-use rights of users creating zones. Any disputes arising from zone boundaries, overlapping claims, or conflicting land rights are the sole responsibility of the users involved. We reserve the right to remove any zone found to violate applicable laws upon receipt of valid legal notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense (direct or indirect) arising from use or inability to use the ePostalCode Service, including reliance on code accuracy, service interruption, or data loss.
