Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ePostalCode platform operated by Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ePostalCode is India's first GPS-verified address system. We allow users to claim unique 6-character codes derived from GPS coordinates, replacing traditional PIN codes for personal, residential, and commercial addressing purposes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must be a resident or legal entity operating within India, or internationally for properties located in India
• You must provide accurate information during registration

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created using email OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at support@epostalcode.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. ePostalCode Claims

4.1 Ownership

An ePostalCode is a digital address identifier. Claiming a code does not confer any legal ownership of the underlying land or property. It is an addressing service only.

4.2 Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the GPS coordinates you submit accurately represent the location you intend to address. Fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate claims may result in account suspension.

4.3 Exclusivity

Each GPS cell may only be claimed once. First-come, first-served basis. Released codes may become available for re-claiming after a defined period.

4.4 Restricted Areas

You may not claim ePostalCodes within areas designated as military zones, government installations, protected forests, heritage sites, airports, or other restricted zones as defined by Indian law. Attempting to do so will be blocked and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Plan

Allows claiming up to 3 ePostalCodes at no cost. Free plans are subject to fair use policies.

5.2 Home Plan (₹99/year)

Allows claiming up to 10 ePostalCodes. Annual subscription, non-refundable after 7 days of activation.

5.3 Real Estate Plan (₹999/year)

Allows unlimited code claims and the creation of Real Estate Zones (polygon-defined areas with a single ePostalCode). Subject to compliance with all applicable property and land use laws of India.

5.4 Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection law.

6. Real Estate Zones

Users with a Real Estate Plan may define polygon zones. By creating a zone, you confirm that you have legal authority over, or legitimate interest in, the area being defined. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd is not liable for disputes arising from zone claims. Zone creation does not create any legal property rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to claim codes in bulk
• Claim codes for locations you have no connection to, for speculative or commercial resale
• Attempt to claim codes within restricted government or military areas
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property

The ePostalCode system, branding, algorithm, and platform are the intellectual property of Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Martianis Aviation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on ePostalCode accuracy for critical applications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolution through good-faith discussion first.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
