• Payment information — processed via third-party gateways; we do not store card details
• Real estate zone details — property name, polygon waypoints submitted voluntarily under the Real Estate Plan

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• GPS / location coordinates — only when you initiate a code claim; used solely to generate your ePostalCode
• IP address — for security monitoring and fraud prevention
• User agent / browser fingerprint — for bot detection and session security
• Usage logs — pages visited, actions taken (e.g., code claims, logins)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate and assign GPS-verified ePostalCodes
• To send OTP verification codes and transactional emails
• To process subscription payments
• To detect and prevent fraud, bots, and unauthorized access
• To improve the platform and analyse usage patterns
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

3. Location Data

We access your device's GPS coordinates only at the time of an ePostalCode claim. These coordinates are used to derive your code and are stored as part of that code record. We do not continuously track your location. You may deny GPS access; in such cases, alternative location detection methods (IP-based or manual input) may be offered.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Service providers — email delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting
• Law enforcement / regulatory authorities — when required by law or court order under Indian jurisdiction
• Government agencies — if required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any successor legislation

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. ePostalCodes that have been claimed remain in our system as geographic records even after account deletion (anonymised).

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may decline optional cookies via the cookie consent banner displayed on first visit.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (TLS), hashed credentials, rate limiting, IP-based bot detection, and automatic account lockout on suspicious activity. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us immediately.
